New Client Process

You will receive a few emails to introduce ourselves and let you know what to expect moving forward.

Set aside 60 minutes for the estimate itself. We start by sitting down together to go over your project survey where we will discuss the scope of work and expectations. Then we will walk the project together to collect information and point out any problem areas/suggestions. An on-site proposal presentation is likely.

You will receive a mailed or emailed version of your estimate as well for your records. We will discuss scheduling once colors are selected and a deposit is received, should your project require one. Once your project is scheduled you will receive weekly updates on your estimated start date.

We ask that you remove the breakables, family heirlooms and irreplaceables prior to our arrival (TV, items in China Cabinet, picture frames, etc.). After that, we do the heavy lifting!

You will receive daily updates about your project's status, progress and next steps.

You will receive an emailed invoice. We offer various payment plans on residential repaint projects. 1. Due upon completion, 2. Payment plans up to 4 equal payments spread out for up to 90 days post-completion.

Hear it from past clients, "Hassle-free, upfront pricing. Customer service, ease of use, polite, honest, clean, willingness to work with the clients to achieve their vision, make you feel safe, and a 5-year warranty on most projects."

We purchase the paint tinted to the color of your choosing. This minimizes the chance of purchasing the wrong product or sheen for your given application. Not all paints are created equally.
