Rookie painter learning to perform high-quality painting work, including surface preparation, brushing, rolling, masking. Ensuring efficiency, teamwork and excellent customer service.

Here’s why we’re different:

Starting pay $18/hr ($36,000/yr) – no education or experience requirements
Eligible for $2/hr performance raise 1st year

Apprenticeship:

1 week initial training in our Training Facility with Master Craftspeople
3-6 months side-by-side, on-the-job training with a Master Craftsperson
Lead your own crew, your own tools and your own vehicle in about 1 year
Goal Setting and Review Meetings with you personally to chart your progress and see that you accomplish your goals.
